Program Description:
This program is built to develop explosive, well-rounded youth baseball athletes by focusing on progressive strength, speed, agility, rotational power, and functional athleticism throughout the off-season.
Each phase follows a structured progressive overload approach to consistently challenge the athlete and drive performance improvements — while reinforcing proper mechanics, injury prevention, and sport-specific skills.
Coach Isaac will make monthly adjustments to programming to ensure continued progress, tailoring each phase to build on previous gains while addressing individual needs.

These will be tested at the start, then retested every 4 weeks to monitor progress:
• Exit Velocity (bat speed & hitting power)
• 30-Yard Dash Time (acceleration & sprint speed)
• Throwing Velocity (arm strength & mechanics)
• Vertical Jump Height (explosive lower body power)
• Broad Jump Distance (horizontal force production)
• 5-10-5 Shuttle Run (Pro Agility Drill) (lateral quickness & change of direction speed)
